Johanna + Ryan – Filipino Wedding Photographer
This was an amazing Filipino wedding, and it’s sad that this is the last post for their Sacramento Wedding. Now for the amazing reception at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento; this wedding had so many details that I don’t know how you can go though this post without stopping and admiring every photo. I loved the trees with the well wishes from the guest. That was such a cute idea.
These were super cute wedding favors, so classic to have bubbles. And for their wedding programs they used the pictures from their engagement session, of course by Tinywater!
This gorgeous cake was made perfect! How pretty these pink roses are on top of the cake. I just love the petals covering the table as well.
Oh yay! The perfect dessert bar, CANDY! This was such a good alternative to cake for the guests to have a choice at dessert.
The first dance, one of the most emotional parts of the day. So sweet though.
Johanna + Ryan – Sacramento Church Wedding
The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament is the perfect place for this couple’s Sacramento Church Wedding on the Second of May, 2009. What a happy couple they were, and what a beautiful place for this happy couple to have a wedding. It absolutely stood out among the best of the wedding venues we have been to, and photographed. There were so many details to capture and so many things to admire all around us, we couldn’t take our eyes off the ceiling. Then during the ceremony when the Cathedral was all lit up, it was so amazing. If you were ever to have a Sacramento Church wedding, this would be the place to go, and this couple did it wonderfully. Look how tall the ceilings are, it’s amazing that the church is this big on the inside.
Thumbs up to this gorgeous couple.
What a gorgeous bridal party. They really had fun with these photos, and the ally was the perfect spot to capture these special moments. And it looks like the rain stopped for just a second, yay.
I love that they all had glasses on hand, and most of them were shutter shades. Way to bring them back!
What beautiful bouquets Johanna had made for her wedding. They go perfectly with the beautiful dresses.
Tough guys over here. Watch out, you would have never known they just came out of a church wedding… not a James Bond movie. : )
I guess the rain did stop for a little while just perfect for us to capture some intimate moments with the newlywed couple.
I thought it was great, the Mickey Mouse ears, they don’t have to be at Disney Land to be at one of the happiest places on earth right now. I’m sure they would agree that each-other’s arms are the happiest places on earth right now.
And watch out, he has the Minny Mouse Ears on, how cute though.
This short stairwell came out of nowhere and was a great place for their intimates.
Johanna + Ryan – Hyatt Regency Sacramento Wedding
Johanna and Ryan finally tied the knot at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento! After their awesome engagement session in the snow which was featured on Rock n Roll Bride, we knew that this would be an awesome and fun wedding! What a whirlwind of a day full of events! And even though it was super cloudy, and rained and rained, Johanna and Ryan were troopers. Thank goodness, we were super lucky that the rain actually stopped for their portrait session, God really was looking down at them! Johanna, Ryan, thank you for having us at your wedding, and most of all thank you for your friendship over this past few months. We were so honored to be there, and our hearts were filled with joy to see you both unite as a couple. Warm fuzzies!

Her shoes are so shiny and just lit up the room, let alone the chair they were sitting on.
This almost looks like a salon, the way the girls are buzzing around trying to get hair and makeup done. This was one of the fun parts of the day.
Her dress was so beautiful, I guess someone else thought so too. It’s nice to capture a photo of a man admiring a wedding dress. I loved this photo.
Mr. Handsome right here was the only man in the room.
The gorgeous bride at Hyatt Regency Sacramento, just before her wedding ceremony.
I love the bridesmaid’s super cute purple dresses. And this shot of them leaving the Hyatt Regency Sacramento to get to the wedding is so perfect. The ground was so slippery from the rain, I’m glad they all made it with out slipping or stepping in a puddle.
Oh la la the perfect book for her wedding night! And pocket sized? Wow, look at that.
Johanna + Ryan – Tahoe – Lifestyle Engagement Session – Part 2
For part 2 of Ryan and Johanna’s engagement, we headed north into the snow for a day of more fun filled with sledding and tubing!! Tons more fun, tons more snow, and who cared if we got wet? But we have to say: guys, you need to learn to stay on the sled together!! This is our most fun engagement session ever!! We are loving our action style sessions!
