Hello lovelies! We can’t wait to show you all the wonderful details in this Romantic Sonoma wedding at Kenwood Ranch. Margaret (who goes by Peggy) and her charming husband Erik put their heads together, along with A Savvy Event, to create a day that was completely personal. Peggy let us in on her wedding planning strategy, “We are doing everything OUR way! We didn’t really listen to anyone when we started to plan and really agreed that we were going to make the day solely about us having an amazing time.” Peggy let us know what the experience of finding her venue was like: “I didn’t want to feel like I was in a venue where everyone else in town had already been married. I wanted something with a soul – that I actually felt like it lived and breathed when I wasn’t there.” The Kenwood venue is filled with antique furniture and art, and has a very rustic feel to it.

These amazing invitations were entirely designed by Peggy! The girl has some skills! “I designed and printed and assembled all of the wedding invitations. It was so much work, but I had such a great time doing it.” Can you get enough of these?? The layering of different antique patterns and designs gives a completely authentic feel to the invitations.

We’ve never seen anything as gorgeous or timeless as this poufy lace stunner! “A lot of my wedding has been themed around the Ranch being vintage France, and my dress which is very Nicole Richie’s dress meets Grace Kelly – with a whole lot of me mixed in.” – Peggy

Erik put some flare into his attire with these customized cufflinks with his puppy’s picture on them! Both Peggy and Erik have special connections to their dogs; they even invited them down the aisle!

These two sweethearts had to be present at Peggy and Erik’s big day!
