We are so thrilled to blog these Sonoma wedding photos! Julie and Alexis, our wonderfully Bohemian couple had an amazing Sonoma wedding! What a match made in heaven for us, Julie and Alexis were our perfect couple. We have been looking forward to their Sonoma wedding party ever since photographing their great San Francisco engagement session.
As some of you might remember, Julie and Alexis eloped to Big Sur with their parents, honoring a family tradition since both their parents also eloped! How cute, right? So they then decided to have a party for their friends and family at the Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma. And what an ultra chic and eco conscious party it was, with fresh oysters, parsley centerpieces, pebble seating cards, handmade soap favors and french macaroons for dessert; the guests danced the night away to bluegrass music. What a beautiful day in Sonoma for a wedding party, perfect for us and perfect for all of the guests.
Look how awesome and uniform the seating is set up, we loved it. Not many take a chance to sit back and admire the work. But we sure noticed Cornerstone’s attention to detail when it came to Julie and Alexis’ special wedding day. Makes the photos from this Sonoma wedding perfect!

We couldn’t quite understand why there were huge balls of rope out here but they made for great seating for this part of the Sonoma Wedding Session.
We thought this cute ‘flower garden’ was perfect to capture how young at heart Julie and Alexis are. Especially since Julie founded a children’s art studio in San Francisco that this setting reminded us of. The love and happiness that this day brought us all, shines so bright through out all of these photos. Cornerstone was the perfect Sonoma venue for beautiful wedding photos.
Look at the beautiful Sonoma rolling hills of grass. Each blade of grass swayed in the wind, it almost looked like the hills were breathing a sigh along with Julie and Alexis! How can you not enjoy this beautiful Sonoma wedding?
